What is Geoprops?
Geoprops is a free tool that can be used for calculating the geometric and physical properties of various sections, including the area, the perimeter, the inner radius, the outer radius, the mass, the moment of inertia, the polar moment of inertia, the angle of the axis, the radius of the section, and the section modulus.
Why is Geoprops so useful?
A lot of people find the tool to be very useful for calculating areas and radii. However, it is much more than just an area calculator. Geoprops can also calculate all the other properties of the sections, and the tool is very easy to use. You just need to select the shape you want to calculate the properties of, and then you will get all the necessary information.
You can also change the origin and the orientation of the coordinate axis, making it easy to calculate the properties of the section relative to any reference system.
You can also set the number of decimals for the results, as well as the units to be used. The calculation summary can be sent by mail or Google Drive.
